Made by hand. Made with heart. Made for community.

Our story.
What began as a stall at the annual Celebrate Mooroolbark Festival has grown into one of Melbourne’s most vibrant craft events.
The Yarra Valley Wool & Handicrafts Show (Woolshow) is now the second largest wool and fibre event in Victoria, and is proudly held in Melbourne’s eastern ranges, bringing together makers, crafters and curious visitors from across the region.
The Woolshow is a place for everyone — whether you’ve been crafting for years, are just discovering the joy of fibre, or simply love beautiful handmade things.
We invite you to join us for a day surrounded by colourful yarns and makers, and to fully immerse yourself in the joy of making by hand.
This year, we’ve expanded the event to include workshops, demonstrations, and other creative experiences designed to inspire and delight.
Meet the team.
The Yarra Valley Wool & Handicrafts Show is proudly supported by the Celebrate Mooroolbark Festival Committee and brought to life by Jodie and Emrita, who share a deep appreciation for handmade craft, community, and creating welcoming spaces where people can connect and learn.
